When photographer Nick Olson and designer Lilah Horwitz had their first date they jokingly wondered what it would be like to live in a house with an entire facade made of windows. While most people would keep that idea as a dream, the two decided to go for it and just make their dream come true. A few months later they quit their jobs and started to collect dozens of windows from garage sales and antique dealers. In 2012 they finished their very own glass cabin in the mountains of West Virginia. The beautiful video was shot by Half Cut Tea. [via]

For the month of October ‘til Halloween, my dad changes up the scene of these 2 skeletons on his front porch each day for the neighbors to check out. Very creative!

I keep thinking about this river somewhere, with the water moving really fast. And these two people in the water, trying to hold onto each other, holding on as hard as they can, but in the end it’s just too much. The current’s too strong. They’ve got to let go, drift apart. That’s how it is with us. It’s a shame, because we’ve loved each other all our lives. But in the end, we can’t stay together forever.
